Pond, (“pänd”): a small body of still water formed naturally or by artificial means. This pond is still, intermittent and changeable A fascination with its transformation has brought Jane Croteau back with several cameras over a dozen years. Images from all seasons form this collection. Not a typical Muskoka waterway but rather closer to the norm: small, almost hidden in woodland, passed by many but know by few. She is hiding in the open, impassable, dressed in changing light, sometimes a jewel, other times a dowd.
Opening Reception: Saturday, April 28, 1pm-4pm
