Event Details:

Spend the day at Woodchester with Jampa Ling, Kadampa Buddhist Centre, as they lead a meditation day-retreat focused around transforming life's difficulties into more positive and fulfilling lessons.

In this retreat you will explore, through focused teachings and meditation, methods that enable you to turn difficult situations to your spiritual advantage. Please plan to bring your own lunch, snacks and water bottle. If you prefer to eat out, Woodchester is within walking distance to local pubs, eateries and bakeries. 

There is no parking at 15 King St. All parking must be within the FREE parking lot located at 21 Entrance Dr. If you have accessibility issues and will require closer parking accomodations please email Jenny Cowle, Event Coordinator by clicking here.
